i want a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of each. I’m expecting a son this fall and I want to make a wise decision for his future.
well i don’t really know about any kind of investment opportunities…i decided to start my research here because real people are more helpful than google. i’m open to any kinds of options. my parents never did anything like this for me, so i’d like to get an early jump on it.
i’m no longer at my old job and I am considerig moving my money, but I am not too familiar with investments and moving money around.

Explain the difference between Canada Pension Plan (CPP) and a Registered Reitrement Savings Plan (RRSP).
I could use some help here, people. I know the difference has to do with how they are taxed and when, but which one is better for me, and why? I am 32 years old and just beginning this plan. I am in a low tax bracket already, with an anual salary of about $12,500.00 gross income. Any advice for me?

I know the difference between a 401(k) and 457, but I’m having a hard time choosing which one I should go with. I don’t want both. I heard that you get more in return with the 401(k), but you could easily lose money if the stock market crashes. With the 457, you get less but it’s safer. Can you offer some advice so I can choose?
