I’m retired military who worked for civil service. I was offered a position with Honeywell. I have some TSP savings. How difficult is it to roll over my TSP to another plan?

ok so i am getting ready to get out of the military in a little over a year.. my question is:
Can i continue to use the TSP or do i have to transfer it? i dont know much about this so the more info the better..
and if i have to transfer it which is the best one to use?
